IDENTIFICATION SURVEY
A survey report is prepared after surveying the property and outlines encroachments by or affecting the property, appurtenant easements and important title matters you should be aware of when purchasing property and usually prior to settlement.
An identification survey is required when purchasing property. In some cases a survey of strata units is recommended prior to purchase.
